FIXED: Dodge equipment changes not live on all female retools

The recent dodge equipment changes are live, but it appears that they still have not have been applied to mulitiple versions of female equipment retools. Specifically, the following are still showing as having the pre-buff stats as of today:

It is a satin blouse.
Dodging bonus: 9, Parrying bonus: 3, Moves: 2, Armor absorb: 16.0%.
It is in pristine condition.

I didn't check, but I expect the same might be true for "a red bra of lace and silk" and "a sheer, satin slip."

Also, the Aes Sedai perma-retools for the Ajah's shawls are not updated as the cloth sleeves were:

It is a red fringed shawl.
Dodging bonus: 4, Parrying bonus: 1, Moves: 2.
It is in pristine condition.

Similarly, I expect that the other shawls for each of the other Ajahs may not have been updated either.

The "divided riding skirt" and "a fine linen riding hood" were updated, so those are looking great. Thank you!
