Can we cut out the part with the prybar and just keep it simple with the key? It's pretty annoying, especially when you figure out that if you drop the prybar first before unlocking the vault, you can't actually open the vault.

Pretty sure that was put in as a result of a bug with keys. So until that bug is fixed, no.

Was it to stop people saving keys after reboot? https://forums.wotmud.info/viewtopic.p ... 99#p140699 had me thinking that the number of uses of the key could be set to avoid that problem now.

I'd like to ask that this be looked at again.
We've hit 20+ times with a group of 6+ and every single load was gold eq.
Hitting with a group of 4 or less in the room can load alternate to gold.

Like - surely we're missing something; all off these hits cleared all bandits
most didn't have mobs in room
multiple cases of more than 1 hit in the day (the prior bug of first hiti was always gold eq)
This is a fairly new laptop so I'm missing a ton, and also the hits from work, but 20+ hits in a row with 5+ people have all yielded gold eq in vault.
Hits with less than 5 people can load differently; but a) I don't think its the intention of the smob and b) err. its really hard.

Vial is the lower tier load, that's intended.

Gold abs/ onyx is the 2nd tier load. That's intended.

Loading the higher tiers are still on %.

I've slowed down the mobol, just in case it was zipping past it and not counting people, but I see nothing inherently wrong with it.

Is this an expectation vs reality thing or what?

I think this is just a value vs time spent thing. Recently kill the rahien chain (fd, lugard, kmg keep). Took 6 of us about 1 hour (6 hours playtime). We got maybe 200 gold, an obsidian pendant and a gold breastplate. This total haul feels less then I would expect from an hour of solo smobbing on rogue. Since all gear is so common, I understand its hard to make things load something worthwhile that isnt totally overpowered and then farmed. Currently, the group excursions seem to be a waste of time. Not sure on TAR, I haven't seen the new versions.
