All of my exchange works great, except it does not seem to be retooling my bearskin tunic:

You may want to take this back to your clan. With the 50 character max, there is a likelihood that you and a majority of other retooled items for clan gear will no longer be able to exchange it.

I'd suggest you look for the 50 char max and then offer an alternative to the clan.
