They're not being handed out for free this year, but from now until reboot at midnight on December 25 you can mail me for triple scalp rewards (mail me your scalp turn-ins) and we'll also have 5x exp on.

Because of its popularity and because most of us can't currently play, I'll extend the bonus quest points until the second day of the new year.
