As a final seasonal event and because the weather in some areas is still crap, I've dusted off the old oilskin bag mobol, meaning that if you hit a smob you will have a chance at some extra eq, weapon, trinket or rare.

After having been in for approximately 24 hours, the mobol has been removed again. There are still almost a dozen oilskin bags scattered about for you to find.
