Fri 14: re-opening north-west Murandy by quest

All,

The area in north-west Murandy outside Lugard's west gate that was removed a few days ago was completely re-worked and is almost ready to be re-opened. I will do this by means of a quest for Lightside, on Friday July 14th, around 4 pm EST/ server time.

Between now and the start of the quest, the remaining southern half of that zone will also see some changes to make it less open.
