Weekend of 13-15 May: pk camps all over the map

This weekend, in an effort to shake things up, the pk quest camps have been placed across the map:
Banner-General Tylee Khirgan has set up camp west of Whitebridge in order to forward the Corenne.
Dreadlord Jaasir Aslam has moved south, to the Lugard Road (note, he's a non-channeling dreadlord for balance purposes).
Lord Captain Brandel Vordarian has moved his legion of Children to the Blighted Stedding (the non-wanted aggro variety Children, these are).

Thanks to a gold chit from Spyder, all sides have 3x this Friday the 13th.
