A few things to note:
Sanje doesn't load at 100%, but when he does, he will have the heron. We want a relatively long repop time so one group can't hang out and farm, farm farm. Since messing with Fal Dara's repop timer would affect pk related things, I opted for a % repop of Sanje.
Some anti-channel mobol has been put in, so he can't be sniped.
This is intended to be something that can be hit by a full group, if you can do it with less, please report it, or your gains can be declared forfeit.
