Weekend of 16,17,18 Apr: south-west pk bonus qps.

With the current activity of Seanchan, several imms independently thought it would be a good idea to do bonus qps for south-west pk. And when people independently have the same idea, it's usually a good 'un.

So, this weekend, e.g. the weekend of 16, 17 and 18th of April, we will be encouraging people from all sides to clash between Falme and the Two Rivers. Aureus is working on a Lokras portal for DS to allow them to skip the Ways.
