This weekend's competitions

Post by Elysia » Mon Jul 29, 2019 3:42 pm

Rhys and Cowl turned in the same amount of scalps, but since Rhys didn't post Cowl wins by turning in these. I didn't count the DS scalps, btw.

Cowl turned in pk scalp from the severed head of Raeza the Human slain in the Blight
Cowl turned in pk scalp from the severed head of Dory the Human slain in Andor
Cowl turned in pk scalp from the severed head of Erulisse the Human slain in Saldaea
Cowl turned in pk scalp from the severed head of Taziar the Human slain in Saldaea
Cowl turned in pk scalp from the war scalp of Raphyn the Human slain in the Mountains

Rhys also had 5 (but didn't post), Bollix 3, Zatuchly 2. There were no further turnins.

There is a delay with the smob competition, because of two things:
-In putting the bloody trophy loaders on the 80+ smobs involved, I doubled up the load on one smob, which is my bad.
-At least one contestant hit that smob repeatedly during the contest, which obviously creates an unfair advantage.

We've been discussing what to do at the Staff level, that's going to take some time.

After a few hours spent yesterday trying to determine -exactly- how big the advantage the person who turned in most trophies had from the double load, there was no other conclusion than that the exact advantage is impossible to establish. Since the player didn't self-report the double load, it would seem they were happily willing to take advantage of my error. For that reason and because the margin is so slim, I have no other choice than to disqualify that player, who had 233 turn ins.

This means this weekend's result is as follows:
Razhak: 204
Angkar: 111
