A plain but pleasant face and a winning smile is enough to keep him gainfully employed. He seems but a simple man with no redeeming characteristics but underneath his vacant gaze is a drive to succeed, no matter who he hurts along the way.

Background
‘Hi it’s me, Bakkus.’ I am swell bloke really, my mum says so! I’m a Defender of the Stone, well actually I’m THE Defender of the Stone but don’t tell Tarak, he beats me horribly.

I was originally a Defender of the Stone but then for absolutely no reason I can recall, I left the Defenders and joined the Children of the Light! It was a swell time with the Children with all the ‘Aes Sedai this and Aes Sedai that!’ and all. But I longed to be home and so I resigned my post with the Children and who’d of thunk it but I returned home and reenlisted with the Defenders of the Stone! It’s a strange world.

Right now I’m starting my campaign to become one of the council for the Defenders of the Stone. If I’m successful in this who knows maybe one day I’ll become a High Lord of Tear!
