Her hair is jetblack and most often is put up in a pony tail which hangs down over her shoulder. Under her uniform lie scars from the many battles and skirmishes she's fought in.

Background
Fuujin was born in Saldaea, the first child of Lady Rinoa Oaks and Delita Oaks, a former merchant and minor lord of Tear. Rinoa had one child before her, Kroll, whose father died in a campaign in the blight, leaving him a bastard incapable of being heir to House Oaks. This left Fuujin to be raised to take care of the house, which she resented, wanting to live a life of battle. She spent her youth training behind her mother's back, often with her half-brother and father's aid and approval. Knowing that she would never be happy and that she would never escape her mother while in the Borderlands, her father gave her a letter of recommendation and sent her to Tear to join the Defenders of the Stone. Although she would not be fighting trollocs, her father impressed upon her the importance of protecting the Stone and what it would mean should it fall.

Upon arriving in Tear she met Lord Tarak who was impressed with her martial prowess and she was quickly added to the roster of the Defenders. She rose through the ranks quickly and served in numerous positions of distinction including Quartermaster, Drill Instructor, Ambassador, and as a member of the Defender's Council. Eventually her duties earned her a title within Tear and she established House Romee, named for the town her maternal family oversaw.

Having served with distinction in many campaigns to protect Godan from invasion and earning a reputation among its residents, she decided to establish her House there, having grown to love the smaller port city so far removed from Tear itself.
