Name: Sowilo Cairbalt
Age: 19
Height: 5 feet, 4 inches
Weight: 130 lbs
Appearance: Sowilo has a striking presence, with shoulder-length, dark reddish-brown curls that frame her face in soft waves, and brown eyes that reflect a quiet, determined spirit. Though she’s of average height, her curvaceous frame gives her a naturally graceful and feminine silhouette. Her features are marked by the strength of her character. There is a quiet beauty in her posture, the way she carries herself with confidence, honed by years of survival and self-reliance.

Backstory:
Sowilo Cairbalt grew up in an orphanage, though it never quite felt like home. While it wasn’t a cold or lonely place, it lacked the warmth and security of a true family. She had a few friends, but most of her time was spent doing chores or getting lost in her favorite book, The Travels of Jain Farstrider. The book offered her a world far beyond the dull walls of the orphanage, filling her mind with stories of distant lands, freedom, and adventures. It became a constant companion, nurturing her longing for something more.

Her memories of her parents are dim. Her mother died when Sowilo was very young, leaving behind only vague images of a soft voice and a warm embrace. Her father was lost in a fishing accident while in the Sea of Storms when she was still a child, and though she remembers little of him, the absence of both parents shaped her youth. Without the structure of a traditional family, Sowilo learned early that she would need to rely on herself.

At 16, the quiet longing for adventure and freedom could no longer be contained. Sowilo left the orphanage and joined a merchant caravan as a guard. There, she learned to wield a staff, sharpen her tracking skills, and discovered a deep interest in herbs—gaining knowledge of plants that could heal, cure, and relieve various ailments. As much as she valued the camaraderie of the caravan, her thirst for discovery continued to grow, eventually leading her to leave the group and venture on her own.
