===================================

Tower Square
[ obvious exits: N E S W ]
A water skin has been left on the ground.
A lantern has been left here.
A thick, leather backpack lies abandoned here.
A marble bench, flecked with gold and bronze, adorns the floor.
An oil lamp, set in a steel cage, hangs from a high wooden pole.
An elaborately sculpted marble fountain splashes merrily.
A stout wooden barrel stands nearby.
Penzei Perets, Tower Accepted, Yellow Ajah Apprentice is standing here.
A Tower Guard watches for signs of trouble.
Odina Redmund, the Fledgling Novice is resting here on a bench.
A black cat meanders to an unknown destination.
The Tar Valon town crier stands here, spreading the news.

A Tower Guard leaves west.

Penzei curtseys gracefully.

Penzei says 'Greetings Raeza Sedai'

Odina says 'A broom, of all things. Apparently some fellow Novices were fooling around instead of
working, and Sheriam Sedai has asked me to find it.'

Odina stops resting, and clambers on her feet.

Odina curtseys before Raeza.

Odina says 'Greeting Aes Sedai.'

Penzei says 'Ahh, this isn't the first time such a thing has transpired'

Raeza looks between the two girls with a slight nod.

Penzei smiles faintly.

Raeza says 'Good day, girls.'

Raeza walks slowly over to the fountain and takes a seat next to it.

Raeza grabs a tooled leather book.

Penzei says 'How are you today, Raeza Sedai ? Anything good on the agenda ?'

Odina smile faintly. 'I should probably continue my search, unless you have need of me Aes Sedai.'

Penzei grins slightly at the mention.

A Tower Guard has arrived from the east.
An old woman has arrived from the south.

Raeza says 'Hm, I was just thinking of starting this book that Catisune gave me.'

A black cat leaves west.

An old woman leaves east.

Raeza holds up a book, showing the title, "The philosophy of poetic meter."

Penzei leans in a bit closure to eyeball the book before replying, "Catisune Sedai does have quite
an eye for good literature."

Odina curtseys once more before excusing herself to her chores.

An old woman has arrived from the east.

Odina leaves north.

Raeza says 'Well, she scurried off quite fast.'

The sun sets, washing the city in fiery colors.

Penzei says 'She's VERY new around the Tower, she must be intimidated by your presence'

Penzei subdues a light giggle.

Odina has arrived from the east.

Odina leaves north.

Raeza says 'Yes, it seems Catisune is bent on getting me to read about poetry, no matter how much I
resist.'

The fountain splashes merrily, light sparkling beautifully on the surface of the water.

A worker has arrived from the south.

A Tower Guard has arrived from the south.

Raeza says 'She must have found the one and only book in the library with philosophy and poetry in the
same title.'

Raeza chuckles politely.

An old woman leaves east.

A Tower Guard leaves east.

Tolza has arrived from the south.

Tolza leaves south.

Tolza has arrived from the south.

Tolza puts a pair of animal-fur boots in a wooden barrel.

Tolza sits down and rests.

A Tower Guard has arrived from the south.

Raeza looks up from her book with an incline of her head.

A Tower Guard leaves east.
A worker leaves south.

Tolza gives you a faint smile as her eyes dart to her book.

Raeza says 'Hello, sister.'

Tolza says 'Light illuminate you.'

Penzei curtseys gracefully.

Penzei says 'Greetings, Tolza Sedai!'

A Tower Guard leaves east.

Raeza says 'How are things, Penzei?'

Penzei says 'Things are well, I am still tracking down Wisdoms to add to the list of communities in
our network and busy as ever'

Raeza says 'It does seem a lot of toil to put something like that together and make it work
efficiently.'

Penzei says 'The cause is noble enough, these trying times will see us needing one another more than
ever'

A Tower Guard has arrived from the east.

Raeza says 'You have the right of it, I think. I am somewhat surprised the wisdoms are interested.'

Penzei says 'To be fair, I...'

Penzei says 'I... was fairly surprised myself'

A man has arrived from the west.

Raeza says 'They are always pleasant, but I sometimes have the sense that they are a bit wary of us Aes
Sedai.'

Raeza says 'Perhaps wary is not the most precise word. But, something of the sort.'

A man leaves south.

The sun casts a golden glow over the city.

Penzei says 'I believe Chloro Sedai may have been onto something when she mentioned that, the
smaller communities tend to fear what they don't understand, chief among them is the Aes Sedai and
the wisdoms sort of fall into that category.'

Tolza stops resting, and clambers on her feet.

Raeza nods at her.

Raeza senses Tolza connecting to the True Source.

Raeza senses Tolza is channeling saidar.

Raeza senses Tolza connecting to the True Source.

Raeza senses Tolza is channeling saidar.

Tolza says 'Excuse me please.'

Tolza leaves west.

Raeza says 'Yes, I suppose it is rational to fear the broader world when your perspective is somewhat
limited.'

Raeza says 'It is part of a survival instinct, after all.'

A Tower Guard leaves west.

Penzei tilts her head slightly in contemplation before responding," I'm not sure if I'd call it
rational but it's certainly part of a survival instinct "

A raucous group of sailors has arrived from the west.

A sailor has arrived from the west.

Raeza says 'Well, if we do not have experience with something we have less basis to determine if it is
helpful, harmful, or neutral. Wariness strikes me as a rational response in that scenario.'

A raucous group of sailors leaves west.

Penzei smiles faintly, looking up at the weather for a moment.

A sailor leaves west.
A hooded woman has arrived from the west.

Penzei says 'I should have known better than to challenge the intelligence of a member of the White
Ajah'

A hooded woman leaves west.

Raeza says 'Posing an argument is no challenge to my intelligence. If it were, we in the White likely
would have torn each other apart centuries ago.'

Raeza says 'A question or a position must be stated for it to be considered.'

Raeza offers a slight smile.

Penzei says 'I'm always pleasantly surprised by these conversations'

A man has arrived from the south.

Raeza says 'Well, that is good. Surprising conversations are often the best ones in my view. '

Raeza offers a slight smile.

Raeza says 'Well, I think I will return to my chambers. Enough air for one day.'

Raeza waves her hand slightly.

Penzei smiles faintly.

Raeza says 'Nice speaking with you, Accepted.'

Penzei curtseys gracefully.

Penzei says 'You as well, Raeza Sedai'

Raeza stops using a tooled leather book.

Raeza puts a tooled leather book in a small purse.

Raeza stands up and walks towards the gate.
