Summary: Raeza notices a couple of novices about and heads to Tower Square to meet them. She and her sisters soon learn that one has a very peculiar block and both are a handful to deal with! Raeza assigns Lexiane a task to take Elmitsu through the rose bud exercise.

Chloro clears her throat nodding to Raeza. "Please answer one at a time and speak only when spoken to at this moment.
You is in the presence of Aes Sedai who are in charge of your training and If we are not able to properly gage your
abilities we will be unable to progress your training further.
Raeza says 'No boys.'
Chloro nods and yields the floor back to Raeza.
Elmitsu starts crying again.

Elmitsu tries to curtsey, but this time she definitely falls down.

may be hard we expect a bit of decorum from you.'
Raeza looks on, expressionless.

the north, closed and locked as the Brown Ajah resides on a higher floor. A
portrait of a woman wearing the seven-striped stole adorns the wall, the
colors contrasting sharply with the gray color of her dress.

The Warders' Practice Yard
A large expanse of bare ground at least fifty paces across and nearly twice
as long stretches forth, its earth beaten hard. At intervals around it
under the trees stand wooden stands holding quarterstaffs and practice
swords made of strips of wood bound loosely together, and a few real swords
and axes and spears. A large gray stone building lies to the east, home to
the warder students and those warders who are not sharing quarters with
their Aes Sedai in the main Tower structure itself.

Alitherin says 'I had originally traveled to Whitebridge and met a woman named Selaana. After training with her for some
time she suggested I make my way here to study.'
Raeza says 'Selaana. Interesting.'
Chloro nods to Reaza
Raeza says 'The wisdom in Whitebridge, is it?'
Alitherin nods in agreement.
Alitherin says 'She resides at the back of the inn.'
Raeza says 'Whitebridge is far from Kandor.'
Alitherin says 'I have to say I did travel for some time. I ended up taking a river south. It just so happened to land
there.'
Alitherin says 'I only knew Tar Valon was vaguely some direction to the south.'
Raeza nods in agreement.
Raeza says 'Quite the long travel indeed.'
Raeza says 'You must be very tired. Are you settling in?'
Alitherin says 'Very much so. There has been much to keep me busy. I did freshen up a little, so I am good to go now,
though.'
Tolza leaves south.
Alitherin says 'There's no rest back in Kandor, with the Blight so close. I am used to pushing on.'
Alvana nods in agreement.
Raeza nods in agreement.
Raeza says 'The Kandori are a hearty people.'
Chloro nods approvingly."Another strong candidate from Kandor."
Alvana says 'And I suppose that explains your attire as well? A remnant of the life you knew at home?'
Raeza says 'hardy, even.'
Raeza chuckles politely.
Alitherin says 'Absolutely. I would have joined the patrols if I had not found I had the spark.'
Raeza says 'Indeed. Most of us wear rather.... softer attire.'
Tolza arrives from a flash of bright white light.
Alitherin says 'I find that I feel safer with a plate of metal between me and a trolloc's axe.'
Alitherin says 'Not that I've found myself in such a position yet.'
Alitherin gasps in astonishment.

Chloro says 'You are under less threat here, though I can say it is not unwise to be on gaurd.'

so early."
Raeza says 'That is a complex weave for a new novice.'
Raeza says 'Perhaps I need to have a word with this... Selaana woman.'
Alitherin says 'I was lucky that time. Many times I am not successful.'
Elmitsu has arrived from the west.

Elmitsu approaches one of the boys in the practice yard. She grasps his hand.
Chloro says 'With practice you will be able to do the same, then once simple weaves are mastered comes more complex
weaves.'
Lexiane nods in agreement.
Elmitsu is surrounded by the nimbus of Saidar. She weaves a light ball, then splits the weave, then splits it once more,
forming three light balls that she juggles deftly in the air. She gasps as she releases the boy's hand.
Chloro channels more fire as the globe bursts into a fire ball above her palm.
Elmitsu begins crying.
Lexiane smiles at Elmitsu's display.
Lexiane says 'I liked those balls quite a bit, Elmitsu!'
Lexiane says 'We just need to work on your block.'
Alitherin says 'Such fine control.'
Lexiane turns to face Chloro with excitement.
Elmitsu says 'Will you h-h-h-help me, Lexiane?'
Elmitsu hiccups and hiccoughs.
Chloro release saidar and looks at the girls.
Lexiane says 'May I show you the weave I showed Nevirha Sedai, Chloro Sedai?'
Chloro says 'If you cannot pay attention to a lesson how do you expect to learn?'
Raeza shoos the warder boys away. Shoo!
Lexiane says 'I did pay attention, Chloro Sedai.'
Elmitsu watches Raeza dismiss the boys rather wistfully.
Chloro peers closely at Elmitsu, trying to figure her out.
Elmitsu says 'It was an excellent light ball, Chloro Sedai. And then it turned to fire!'

crying over spilt milk. If you applied yourself you could be advancing soon enough.'
Lexiane says 'I don't know, I have not left the Island since I learned it.'
Elmitsu flees from the courtyard in a fit of tears.

Lexiane curtsies deeply at the praise.
Alvana boggles at the thought.
Lexiane says 'Oh Aes Sedai I am so sorry, I do not know what came over her.'

Chloro says 'Sometimes they need a little tough love. Let her be she will come back when she is ready.'
Raeza says 'Someone needs to put a solid backbone in this girl.'
Alitherin gets a piece of birthday cake from a backpack.
Lexiane delivers another deep curtsy.
Lexiane says 'You are right of course, Aes Sedai.'

Chloro says 'We have trained worse, and will again. Either you will bend to the tower or you will break. You are
excused.'
