This is intentional. There is someone creating newbies with incredibly racist names and targeting another player through names as well. Since bans are so easy to avoid, we are forced to lock the game to creation of newbies at times.

Tried to find out which IP is the culprit, but not seeing it. Site_OKed Tolveor for now. Please mail Staff with a list of your alts so those can be SITE_OKed as well, which would solve the issue. I think.

The area that's now a mini DS camp west of Granlin has been a *oL outpost and a SS one. It wasn't being used by either.
