Re: The Power of the Dark Gifts

Jestin is very good, but between the DL shirt and horses instantly dying to quake, it is near impossible to sit him down unless you magically keep your horse alive. Quake creates so much chaos in the PK because of how little HP channelers have (and is basically impossible to counter with timing stuf...

Re: Machin Shin goes nuts

Judging by the lack of any command/prompt, that looks like it all happened in 1 pulse, which is ridiculous. It is triple/quad hitting without any chance to do anything in between.

Re: Discussion - Waygates and Noquit

I think one of the main things to consider when talking about waygates is who is actually PKing. A lot of times when a trolloc goes south (either through ways or via flame) they will encounter people who typically will not leave Andor to pursue the PK elsewhere. At that point, making the trolloc wal...

Re: Game Balance to Encourage Wholist Balance

Tracking split apart PK scalps seems like absolute hell, but I like the idea in concept.

Re: Questions about the shifting focus

I think an interesting idea would be to have an crier that you could actually interact with in a given reboot to have a message spread around. Given there is some room for abuse, but make it easily trackable to who made the message originally (either to everyone or just immortals). An example: The I...

Re: A pretty good, not good enough, trap.

Free hits are massive in an abs v abs fight, especially if you are the one on the lower HP side. You are essentially allowing him to flee-hit you but instead of him getting the fleelag you are. There are some instances where rolling the bash instead of engaging are the right call, but I don't think ...

Re: Stab Thread

Isn't that kind of the point of jade daggers now, to have that insane range? If it was anything but a jade I'd have a harder time believing it. The max stab damage is notably higher than most other common daggers.

Re: Caralain Grass CTF revisted

In particular it was west of TV and the Braem patrol. I think I looked after about 2 hours past boot and one of them had not popped yet, while others were alive.
