If you're a Seanchan and are unable to use the Tanchico rent in your half of the city due to a warrant, mail me for a fix.

I can't fix the Tanchico warrant affecting the rent as it's linked to the zone. But the Seanchan race should no longer get warranted for hitting the mob in question, since being Seanchan really negates the need for the warrant at all. So consider this fixed.

There's not an easy fix for that. I'll think about it.
