Was the addition of clan transfers not applying to KMG added before or after this most recent individual is having their clan transfer reverted....

Kinda in the same vein but kinda of not like a hybrid idea. I have been saying for awhile it's hard to balance mob support when the two sides are fundamentally different in two regards.
