the materials one got combined into 1 guild, so if you join melting, you can make leather and wood etc. try "may i please become a member of your crafting guild" (will have to be confirmed the exact syntax but its something like that.)

I think its really a preference thing what you do with your pracs when it comes down to the details. Wether you like 4 ride or make do with 3 ride, if you want pick and how much. if you have any use for search, how much survival etc. The basic things would be stabbing pracs 95+ with sneak maybe a li...
