Angkar makes a good point though, with the CC and basilard nearly identical now, why is the basilard still worthy of the "rare" name? It is a tradeoff of 8 OB better on the basilard against 4 PB worse and almost twice the weight compared to a CC. I'd consider that mostly equal or worse in some case...
