Lol, this is hilarious, you have an epic game with some of the greatest game mechanics ever invented, that literally can make a unique experience and fully tailor to each players wants, and you give that all up so you can force your playstyle down other peoples throats.

It is not clear to me why the change is required. I appreciate the keeping of status quo with people not losing ranks but it does feel like people who prefer to acquire qps from non pk activities may see this as forcing them to pk. And outside of the CTF city's PVE aspect, there is no reason to visit the city other than to check who owns it -- no shops (baerlon shops are always LS aligned) This is a big factor, and part of what I always thought was wierd after you capture a city and still nobody will trade with you and seanch...

Imms don't have to be perfect, they dont have to make the right call. Sometimes a tough choice comes along and people are going to be unhappy either way and you just do the best you can and move on. Yeah its hard to see how this is more toxic than his normal day-to-day behavior. Unless he was voiping with someone who let him know when he logged on and told him where he was and weighed him down a bunch right before he stabbed. I have a sneaking suspicion though that you want it both ways -- only accessible by clan from the outside, 100% safe when you want it to be, *and* super powerful when you want to opt to use it like a city inside a city.
