Re: Suggestion for Inns

We don't have access to the code related to rents and renting and according to Flash it's pretty complicated, so the odds of him wanting to tinker with it are slim. Ideally, we want to move to a system where everyone has X amount of rent slots that are accessible from all rents, just because some pe...

Re: (Almoth) Triangle - the Mysterious Case of the Disappearing Wagon

There's nothing in those rooms that would cause this, so it's another room, somewhere out there in the game that's causing this.

Re: Semote

Fixed the parenthesis. Can't do capital letters, otherwise we would let that work here and in all the other places they don't work. :P

As a side note...I think I have more than 25 zarth kills on my trophy list. Not sure how as Ive never actually killed him. So basically just group with Zarth and you'll get your kills:)
We tally the scalp turn ins, not the kill trophies, by the by.

Re: Retroactive punitive policies

I’m all for people playing however they want and enjoy just having the who list larger. That said, this game was created as a PK mud. I forget what MUD all the original players/immortals abandoned before making this one. The roots of this game are PK and the staff has gone above and beyond to accom...

Re: Retroactive punitive policies

What about my situation? I had over 1000 qps and had mailed Khnum about a master quest 2 days before this came out, am i also unable to earn qps through pve until i get 25 scalps? That will likely have to be discussed at Staff level, but you could always opt out of mastering for now and work on PVE...

Re: Retroactive punitive policies

It would also be fine if they could still earn PVE QPS just not be able to go from rank 7 to 8 until they met the requirements. And if they did not want to meet the requirement of 75 scalps they could still have a big QP buffer to issue equipment or pine trees or whatever else you can do with them....

Re: Retroactive punitive policies

I think one small thing that is frustrating about this change, is none of the existing players that are in progress towards ranking know where they stand now. We don't how many scalps we've turned in already. Can you add something to the game to tell us please? Thanks. Not technically possible due ...

Re: Retroactive punitive policies

A reasonable compromise seems to be any retroactive audits do not de-rank the character, and only remove any rank related bonus/perk. They are still the character they were, they still have the role in their clan. 25 scalps is not a large amount should they truly desire the perks they had again. Ra...

Re: Retroactive punitive policies

It's what happens when the immortal staff is predominantly Dark Side players and or mixed with only taking advice from Hardcore player Killers or dark side players. Now that's bollocks. I've been saying for more than a decade that the game is better off when we have players who dabble in every aspe...
