Well, it loads a pouch, but nothing that would qualify as a reward is ever in it, and the quest still says in process.

This one doesn't seem to have an ending and just keeps the dynamic event locked up until pop. Find traveler, get map, give map traveler, traveler goes to the tunnels with the bandit guard. kill bandit guard.
