Seanchan character creation is now off. With this change, the Damane clan is now closed and we will not be creating more channelers for the side.

Deft Herbalist - 3 Vials will now make a "small pouch of vials"
Affable Broker - Buying a vial pouch will yield 3 vials instead of 5.

If you have the old pouches of 5 vials, the deft herbalist will give you 5 vials.

Oilskin bag mob loads have been updated. This includes things like potions, crafting tokens, and craftable rares on low %. A group of 5 has the best chance at getting the top loot.
