A bug has been fixed making The Ways slightly more dangerous. Report any issues to Korsik.

Minor change for master and remort characters, the bounty hunter will no longer award qps 100% of the time. This will now be a variable load of either qps or tps mirroring the herald award process for masters.

Weapons collectors will no longer award TPS for craftable rares. In place, the collector will give you QPS and tokens based on the prior TP value. I updated the mechanics for when control of the city is changed, guards of the faction owning the city will now load outside the gate. Please let me know if there is issues in calling the gate if your faction owns the city.

Fal Dara and Amador are removed from the Cityhead list. Agelmar and King Ailron are now Plotting Fade tasks.
