Characters develop carpal tunnel syndrome from repeatedly opening and closing doors. Lose 1OB per open/close if you open/close a door more than 5 times per tic. OB loss remains until rent. Trollocs are immune.

Or just put an x pulses delay on on doors opening and closing.
