Exactly why should Mr. Unclanned get special aggro powers and be immune to warrants inside the war system for the exact same activity that would get his helpful ass warranted and hunted by the clan and TB outside of the war system?

Making a distinction between war activity and non-war activity as far as warrantable offenses for an unclanned person is unreasonable.

I have a question about Thiefbane involvement. I was told that Theifbane have been instructed my imms to hunt unclanned people that get involved in the wars. Does this include apprentices? Even if it doesn’t, does that make sense? It’s not uncommon for mercenaries and other previously unaffiliated ...
