I think the obvious answer to this problem is to make a no quit hat check so you can’t leave a city without a hat. This will help us retain new players like Axxye. Indirectly, this will also help bad Seanchan players who can only play easy mode so then they play FCs.

No hat. No leaving the city.

There are so many safe areas on this game and areas where only a full group or solo Jestin would even attempt a hit. A tiny bit of effort will get you to these areas. I’m not in favor of anything with no quit checks during PK. I’m not against back exits or additional egress modes for both sides in ...

The implementation of SS was the inflection point of a group of bads thinking they are good and the decline of WoTMUD.

Let us hope with this change, we have all smartened up and are now going to see a WoTMUD that rivals even the peak Snorakk/Eleanor/Stinkmog days.

Im not that mad, i just also think this shouldn't be possible, or at least extremely rare... Im not a fan of any instant death mechanics in any game. But i also could have had notice on going into a pk situation... So there is that 195 pages of this dung. Stab is a garbage skill for garbage players...

I would like to take it a step further. If a clan door is opened. Then it remains open until boot. Why can’t we standardize clan areas like this with X amount of guards for everyone. Clans can then use their treasury and coffers to upgrade defenses. Which may include a one way exit for clan members ...
