Can we make the dusty woodsman not go 1n FD as its annoying/cheating for blocking and it aggros.

Can we make the dusty scout all n Burnt wagons not assist humans. I.e. it wont aggro if youre in room but it will assist a human in room if you engage making chasing annoying and also cheating.
