Not entirely sure what you mean, but it is possible to overspam your command, for example "kill target" and if your target dlines past you, then you will have to wait for your kill commands to leave the queue before you can chase after him if that is what you mean? Flee part can really mess up any group fight next to a door, since you probably won't have time to enter the correct dline. Would rather see it as something like a stun effect for 1 or 2 rounds maybe, think of it as the target is bashed without actually sitting.
