What Kryzen and Hasp say are true. However, from purely an RP standpoint, having known and wanted CoL sauntering through the Tower library to stab Novices and Accepteds is a little on the far fetched side.

It should also be considered cheating to same side scalp. Yuo are scalping a person you didn't kill to bypass the mechanic used to track the war successes. Yet, the *oL have done it more than once.
