I don't think this makes sense. I think it's good at the current rate. There's a no channel with a pat, and a channeling chasing mob duo. Both are fairly easy to play. If the goal is to have numbers chase inside, I think you have options as is.

if you're not eating the chocolate pudding cups at the gas stations in the grab-n-go section.. you're not living.

basin is pretty dumb imo. could scrap this and gleamers in the same night and I'd not bat an eye at it.

I think dodge is pretty broken right now. I think these items could use some additional points somewhere.

I think something along those lines would work well. Did I understand you right? 1. once war is declared, a neutral week begins before it's official wartime. No QPS gained/etc during this week. This week is used for people to perform diplomacy, get their clan together and prepped, etc. Then the war ...

what smobs can you charge??

would be cool if there were rare or unique belts that upped parry a ton for absers too

Anti-stab just means the smob doesn't really get hit that day by the set of people who go around solo-stabbing things.

this. I personally don't like it. I feel like more things should be stabbable so if you're solo and bored you have fun options to pursue.
