Randomization was removed unrelated and prior to your master quest.


I'll look into the double loading of mobs.

The last 52 days in a row, baerlon has remained the same side after boot but spawned with double the mobs both outside the gate, and spawned with two head of the watch mobs and their full patrols.

previous to this it would randomize which side held it after boot but was disabled as part of my master quest and never changed back.
