I thought duplicating mobs on repop was a bug, whether it's PK support patrols or smobs. The desired behavior on repop is dead mobs respawn and live mobs do not duplicate. Unless this is a special smob that is supposed to be harder for people who log on later in the day.

unsure how that one happened, but once bandit warlord moves, we'll have less issues with this.

Shelf Overlooking Huge Chamber
You are on a high, narrow shelf overlooking a chamber far below you that is
of simply colossal proportions. The dimensions of this enormous cavern are
outlined by widely spaced torches mounted in the wall around the entire
circumference. It looks to be perhaps two hundred feet or more in diamater,
roughly cylindrical in shape, with a roof that rises a good hundred feet
above it. This narrow shelf is perhaps halfway up toward the roof, without
railing or parapit; quite dangerous. A large tunnel opens up behind you in
the shelf.
