There are a couple of things happening in the White Tower Library when reshelving the books
1. When you take a book from the shelf, you randomly get one that is just described as a well read book. You can re-shelve it but have to try every shelf to find the right one
2. When getting a book to the restricted section, handing the slim roll of paper to the librarian gets no response and the door to the south is never opened
