On two separate occasions, the chest for the liaison quest that starts in Tear and involves communication with the hooded woman in Tar Valon either did not load the correct quest item, or the mob is not responding to it. I was under the impression from a friend who has already completed the quest that it should load some quest item like "a bag of keepsakes."

I have tried giving the items one at a time to the hooded woman, and giving them all at once. I've stood in her room for a tick just in case it's slow to respond. No luck.
