Born in a farm on the outskirts of Saldaea, Ruby was never a stranger to hard work. Along with her slightly above average height is a solid frame, cultivated from long hours of physical labor. Her long auburn hair brings out a similar warmth in her eyes. After witnessing her uncle being captured and gentled by Red sisters, she decided to join the Tower to provide a similar kindness to those unfortunate enough to touch the male half of the Source.
Diligent in her studies under Aloisa Sedai, she was raised to the shawl as a member of the Red Ajah. She joined the ranks of her Red sisters in preventing the misuse of the Power and preventing another Breaking of the World.
