A young man sits here on battered chair, resting his feet on a makeshift desk in front of him.

As you enter, he looks up expectantly and says, "Hi there! I'm looking for some chits of TIN. If you happen to have some, I have lots to trade! Be it shiny trinkets or sacks of gold, I can probably get my hands on it. Just let me know what you're looking for in return!"
