Mob: a cruel-looking bandit

As it says, while a bandit mob, he won't attack, even the one grouped with the 2 gruff bandits E of Kintara who [i]will[/i] aggro humans.

The most he'll seem to do (to a channeler at least) is the following emotes:

A cruel-looking bandit says 'Begone from here, vile witch!'

A cruel-looking bandit gets a wild look in his eyes, and growls menacingly.
