Unlike the rest of the tunnels, the roof of this particular one is stone,
and it looks as if it is underneath a massive boulder of some sort. The
shape of the boulder oddly familiar, and it is definitely man-made. The
only exit that you can see from here is to the west, leading into a small
abandoned warren.
