I think it was coded or flag for DF that made cities much more dangerous?

Off the top of my head recently, the guards in Fal Dara, Cityguards in Caemlyn/TV/Cairhien/Illian/Tear/Amador.

Can we remove this? Incredibly obnoxious when you try to dline, but get instantly kicked by a cityguard in literally every city on room entrance, taking away all autonomy. There's never been a good argument for it, and the only people who people who like this is anyone who doesn't play Dark Side.

Alternatively, if we aren't going to remove something so ridiculous, can we at least up DS mobs to spam kick on room entrance :)
