I had just bought those from the projectile vendor couple minutes before.

(and did not receive the "purchased from NAME" message like you get from other brokers, not sure if every broker does that)

EDIT- also two out of the 19 rooms are outdoor and respond to the weather command. Second floor se corner and Bar broker room west of token room.
