89/91% notice can still fail when using h.xxx

Rarely, but it happens. Bobo got me like that the other day - I spammed k h.boboliosie a couple times with notice on, figured the room was clear, left, walked back into the end of his stab timer.

Am I missing something or is it just a bug? Notice was on, 89% Notice rolling backstab h.human and nothing?
