Never heard a bellow in COL before that I can remember
An adventuring ogier bellows 'I have replenished my supplies and am ready to leave the city again'
An adventuring ogier bellows 'To learn the ways of an outdoorsman, come to me in Entering the Weave....'
Maybe there is a stationary one that it can be replaced with
or Entering the Weave room be made no-mob?
