The bug isn't that gold greaves don't sell. Its that cloth breeches and earthen breeches dont sell.

Word of warning: let the broker finish speaking before you give him the cash, otherwise he will not register it being given to him and you will not be able to buy anything, nor will the auto-give back if not in stock work.

The broker took the gold and then did not respond to anything. Is there a mobol (ie say drop all) to make him drop the gold if he takes it without responding?

of a large stall that has been placed in a corner. A wide variety of belts
are on display on the table and cloaks, robes, mantles, capes and gowns
have been hung all over the back wall of the stall. A collection of wood
stands nearby, ready to be built and turned into a stall, but it would
appear the vendor has either already left, or never came in today.

market hall, holding up both the upper floor and the roof above. Smoothed,
round cobblestones line the floor, which is visible in the small clear
space that has been left open in this part of the hall. A stall with steel
breastplates that have been polished to a shine stands nearby.
