Looks like a previous user broke it. From the looks of it by spamming one of the commands.

As a note, Wisdoms can make these without limitation, meaning you shouldn't be making wool for others as the sidetrade is capped for others.

Wisdoms need the bolt of cloth to bandage, and also a lovely fellow asked me to help him weave bolts.
Was a little embarrassed I was not able to demonstrate. (Quaint Farmhouse, near Kingpin in Altara)
Quaint Farmhouse
This is a simply furnished house, the humble abode of a farming family. A
table and a collection of chairs stand near an iron stove, while a bed
covered by a colorful spread can be seen through a doorway to the east.
Small drawings of local wildlife and fauna litter the walls alongside
ornamental fabric stitchings to give the place a more cozy feel.

A cute brown deer eyes you nervously.
A dappled gray courser has arrived from the east.
