Whenever you go to craft light combo in Illian (making dyed sleeves/leggings, supple helmets, etc) and the process fails, making a lower tier item, the tailor says 'There it is.' and produces nothing at all.
No item is left in the room, nor is it for sale in his inventory. This has happened repeatedly, every time.
It does properly work when it produces a good item though.
