Going to the circle has always been 15 regardless of who put you there (cross race, or same side).

Where I think you are getting confused is no quit from being attacked, same side is 15, cross race is 5, and mob is 1.

Why does "no quit" flag after pk rip by other side last 15tics? Bug or feature?
I assume it was changed when Wept exploited some bug to get out of circle being pked before 15 tics.
