Before the Stables
From the north comes the sweet scent of hay mixed with the slightly musky
scent of horses. The sounds of rattling stable doors, as well as the
neighing of an excited horse echo through the street. The palace road
continues to the east, while to the west enormous gates made of brass
inlaid onyx guard the east entrance to the palace. A sign hangs outside the
stable, asking for stable hands to come in.
